I am so glad that you had Window Eyes to use as a fall back solution. I think you have a prime reason to tell the Jaws people about how Window Eyes could allow you to do your job at work while their Job Access With Speech, could not. Perhaps if you can get hold of the right person in tech support, they will fix that problem? You can but hope and try!
