To me, there must be some sort of limitation. I can also tell them I am
using at home but I install at the office network. You get my picture?
I didn't do that way obviously, I am just curious if there's any limitation.
I know the pricing for the upgrade its much different for pro and home.

Hi,
The only difference between home and pro, you can use pro at work.

I waited to be around 8:29am, call up and be the first caller with this
lady, Elizabeth. She help me to key in the data I wanted, and an hour later,
I got the email to activate jaws 18.

I am not sure the major differences between the home or the pro of jaws, but
I go for pro as I uses jaws mainly for work.
If you are use mainly at home, nothing to do with network, or what so ever
in the corperate environment, I should be safe to say, you can get the home
edition.

Hello!

I submitted an online form requesting a license to migrate to Jaws over a
week ago. Last evening, I
received a response saying that the VFO Group would have to figure out
whether I could have Jaws for
home users or Jaws professional for work or school. I'm not sure exactly
what this means but it
seems that since I have Window-Eyes p039201926,(WE Professional) I would
receive its equivalent in
Jaws. I have one SMA remaining and have not heard of this message being
sent to others who are
migrating to Jaws! Perhaps a phone call is in order but phone lines have
been strangely busy!
Smile!

I first called VFO on tuesday and requested my license. On Friday about
6:30 I called VFO again, and the rep said VFO had some technical problems
earlier in the week. She
sent my license while I was still on the phone with her. You may want to
call again if you have been
waiting for more than a day or so. HTH.
