I received a call Thursday and a guy said I had WE Pro and asked if I wanted JFW Home or Pro. I took Home because I don't have pcs that I use for Work. Do I have to ask for my authorization code or will that be sent?

I'm not sure exactly what this means but it seems that since I have Window-Eyes p039201926,(WE Professional) I would receive its equivalent in Jaws. I first called VFO on tuesday and requested my license. On Friday about
6:30 I called VFO again, and the rep said VFO had some technical problems earlier in the week. She sent my license while I was still on the phone with her. You may want to call again if you have been
