I use NoMoRobo and my nuisance calls have gone down 99%. Two rings, no
more, and I know it's a junk call. Try:

I find these people annoying, but still Funny.
It became so annoying, they were calling me three and four times a week,
I finally just started blocking their calls. I have a Call Blocking
feature as part of the Phone Service. I had to block three numbers, and
I haven't had a call from any of these Low Life Scum since.
I see them as just another kind of Parasite. Blood Suckers all of
them.
