Hi Nick, if you want that kind of behavior, perhaps setting forms mode
to semi-auto, and not meaning the gun, will do this.

Thanks, disappointing, but I'll have to deal with it. I like the
flexibility of WE in this matter. When I am searching for an edit box,
I can tab. When I want to quickly scrool past an edit box to read more
text, I can arrow down, oh well. OK, my pity party is over.

Hi, you can change forms mode to manual. This will make it so you will
have to always press Enter on edit boxes to turn off the virtual cursor
and enable forms mode. This setting is found either in the startup
wizard from the Jaws window help menu, or by pressing Jaws-6, typing
forms, and arrowing down to the forms mode settings and making the
necessary changes.

One of the features I like in WE is the ability to arrow down on a web
page without having to come in contact with "browse mode off." Can I do
that with Jaws without having to change settings? Sometimes I want to
type in an edit box, but sometimes I want to quickly skip past them.
