Hi Barbara, Navigate to General, Startup Options. Next, tab to the Set options button, and activate it. Doing this will no doubt bring up User Account Control, and so press Alt-Y to permit the change. Now you'll be in a dialog with two check boxes, both of which will be checked. Clear both of these, and then tab to Ok. Press Control-S to save your changes.
