Hello, I have been having this problem with outlook for a while now. When I go to set up mail accounts, the first progress window comes up telling me that the program is connecting and trying to get the information from the server. Then not long afterword's, a window that just simply says, "Microsoft outlook Credentials, (not Responding) comes up. I just reinstalled windows 10, cleanly, and that was the reason why I did a clean install. Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks, Darrell
