Hello. I am not having the same issue but there has been a recent ThunderBird update. The result of the update was that in order to read emails as usual, it was necessary to tab through all the fields until I was able to read. It was as if Window Eyes and ThunderBird were out of focus. In the last day or so, there has been another minor update to ThunderBird and since this update Window Eyes has been reading as normal.

So, re-installing ThunderBird making sure the latest update is downloaded might help fix the problem.
Not sure why Window Eyes was affected and not NVDA.

Cheers.

         Hi

On one of my computers, for some odd reason, Window-eyes 9.5 will not read anything in the message list for Thunderbird, but it reads just fine using NVDA and any other screenreader. I naturally prefer Window-eyes, so I'm not sure what might be causing this. When arrowing up and down in the list of messages, Window-eyes just doesn't read anything at all. It does with other screenreaders. If anyone knows what we can do to fix this that'd be supurb!

Thanks!
