I have been lerking on this list for a while. That's how I found out about
your new list.
Thanks for creating this new group. Who knows what VFO will shut down in
the near future. I think I have got it, but will post a message to the new
list to see if it is working fine for me.
I thought it was like all other lists that I have joined, including
[email protected], where you sign up, you get an email message
stating that a message was received requesting to subscribe to the list and
asking me to reply to the message to confirm my subscription like we got
when joining the Talk list, (this list, of course). I kept getting messages
with a log-in link until today, when I happened to notice the "subscribe"
button after going back to the message I am responding to here from you
with your original link.
Thanks for changing it so that our first message does not have to be approved.
I am staying on this list, too, as long as it lasts.
