I think what you seek is to disable the "Message Virtualization". Press the Alt, Shift and V key's to toggle this setting. If that doesn't work for whatever reason, go to the Window Eyes control panel, go to the Apps menu and arrow down to the Outlook Enhance app. Then, on the submenu for Outlook Enhance, toggle the Message Virtualization setting.
