Subject: Physical mouse reading text in JAWS?

Both in Window Eyes and NVDA you can use the physical mouse to pass the
mouse pointer over text on the screen and it will read it, but I can't find
a setting in JAWS to do this, is this possible in JAWS?

  Subject: Learnig JAWS and NVDA

In learning JAWS as a WE user, my biggest problem is learning the JAWS
menus
and settings. I find it hard to find what I need. Some are not as
descriptive as I would like. I do like the Microsoft mobile voice Mark, I
find it responsive and easy to listen to.
I find that NVDA and JAWS have some similarities. I find that NVDA does
some
  things better than JAWS.

I do want to get a working knowledge of both screen readers just in case
WE
stops working in future releases of Windows. But right now still like WE
  best.
