VFO has the serial numbers of everybody who has purchased a Window-Eyes license. Shortly after the migration program was announced I called to see if I could get JAWS on a DVD and the lady wanted to know my Window-Eyes serial number. All my information was available to her including everything I previously purchased from GW Micro. Don't remember if she had my credit number, but it might have been available too.
