Also rod everytime I open a message in outlook 2016 doesn't read at open, what do I do? As far as attachments I used to be able to tab to attachments from a message and hit the arrow keys to hear the attachments, not now. It's a bit tricky since pressing the Save button does bring up the browse for folder dialog, although it is in the background and you have to Alt-Tab to it. I use it frequently, and even I get confused and frustrated by it, but it does work.
