Yup, 7zip will do the job. I know because I've used it for .rar files
before, although it's been quite a while.

I have an old copy of WinRar but haven't used it in ages because I seldom
come across rar files. And I haven't installed it on my new system yet. So I
was just wondering if I should go grab the latest version of that or if
