HI, Thanks for your note. I did, in fact, purchase the acapella voices but I think they sent the wrong authorization. I have two copies of WE, one on an older system 9.0 on a Vista system. the other is We for office now running on Windows 10 version 17 09. I am not sure but I seem to remember that when you got WE for office, you had to download an authorization so they would know you had purchased Office from MS. Am I wrong about that?
