Hi:

If you are talking about the dialog about authorizing JAWS at startup, you can
stop it from coming up each time you start JAWS.

To do this, reboot the computer to get another 40 minutes. When JAWS starts
up, it will ask you about authorizing JAWS. Press ALT-D then ALT-C. JAWS
will still announce it is in demo mode, but, you won’t have to go through the
authorization dialog and select to run as demo each time.

Hope this helps.

Subject: Getting Past JAWS 40 minute

Hi,

I have the JAWS 18 downloaded and also the shortcut key, ctrl-alt-j. Can
someone advise how to get past the 40 minute tutorial; there are only the
two options of cancel and okay. I am willing to try to learn but do not
want to go through the tutorial each time I turn JAWS on.

My second problem is a format problem. It seems I have mistakenly marked
for bullets between my words. Can someone tell me how to undo this?

Much thanks and blessings for any help in these questions.

Deborah
