I got one of those discs also.
A question I have is, is this a full release or just an update. I want to
install it on a second computer that currently has a much older version of
JAWS. Can I use this disc to install the latest version or is it just an
update to an already installed JAWS 18 version?
I hope that's clear.

I got my jaws 2018 disk a couple of weeks ago, and I did not have to
call them. It just came. You may want to call them to see what's going
on.
