Yes, I understand. I was on the phone with him last night when he had
the problem. He did restart and tried both WE and jaws.
I walked him through a couple of things this morning and it is now
repaired. One thing that happened this morning was that his synth was
changed from DecTalk Access to Eloquence. I walked him through that one
and made sure he had only one screen reader running on startup. All now
seems to be working. Thanks.
