Hi Carol, The file setup.exe is in the root folder of the installation CD or the folder which contains the complete CD if you requested a download zip file. I simply checked the date of setup.exe since you wanted a date to check if you had the correct version. So, to be clear, you need the complete folder in order to install Window-Eyes, whether you're installing from the CD or an unzipped folder.
