Hi David, Yes, John's advice about removing any older versions of Window-Eyes installers residing on any disks on your system is right on the mark. The same thing happened to me and I couldn't understand what was going on. What I did was to use the search box on the Start menu to search for the word window-eyes. Once I found a result, I pressed the Applications key or Shift-F10 to bring up a context menu and then arrow down to open file location. It was sufficient in my case to place my Window-Eyes installers in a zip archive and leave them in their original locations so they could stay handy. I found that this was sufficient to hide them from the Windows 10 installer.
