Hello, thank you to all for your help. In case anyone else is still using word 2007, home and student version, here's what I found. Control, shift, left and right arrow keys moves from group to group. The exception is if you are in an edit box. First you have to tab out of the edit box, then you can use control plus shift with the arrow keys.
