Hi, Usually I can just shift tab a couple of times and then tab down till I
hear the attachment and hit enter to get the open or save diaglog box

Hi Trish,
If you're in the message body, try Shift-Tabbing once and see if you land on
a button labelled "attachments."
If you do, you should be able to press Space on it and get a context menu
with options for handling them.
