you have to turn on advanced features in the w e help pull down before these
options will show in the menu list.

Keyboard is the root of a tree view that has 5 items. The third of these is
Special. Once you are on the Special branch, start tabbing and you should
find "cursor movement." Down arrow once to turn Cursor Movement off, then
press Enter to save your settings.
