They don't give any support, but they were still giving out the disk download a
while back, they could have stopped that now, not sure.

I don't think they even do that anymore. Last time I needed help from them,
they made me wait for two hours on hold, then they gave me a person who only
knew jaws, and said he couldn't help me with window eyes, even though I had
said I specifically needed window eyes. And this was something like four
