The closest thing is to have all command keys speak, i.e. control, shift, alt, tab, and so on. Also arrow keys will speak. Open the NVDA keyboard dialog with Control+NVDA+K, or, open the control panel with NVDA+N, P preferences, K keyboard.
Check "Speak command keys."
Tab to the Ok button.
