Go to device manager, locate your keyboard and your mouse, use context key
to choose properties s of each and go to the power management tab and check
allow this device to wake this computer then click OK.

Hello guys, I have a del XPS desktop running windows 10. I have the latest
version of jaws. When my pc goes to sleep I cannot get it to wake again
without
using the power button to force a restart. Why might this be happening.
