That’s where the problem with jaws as far as I am concern, jaws can't read those message like WE does. Even if you open the conversation and move down and see who posted in the same subject, jaws don't read those preview messages despite window-eyes read them. Even NVDA read those preview messages Nothing to do with preview pane if you have use outlook as long as I do.
