Hi tom 
With window-eyes in outlook I used to use the insert key + b, and then ctrl
+ shift + b, to go to the address book. 
But now unfortunately I don't know what I should use instead. 
I hope you will understand what I mean.

Yes. NVDA+F2 can be used anywhere because it's an NVDA key, just like the
Window-Eyes bypass key.
