I have and use a Mac, but its not the be-all and end-all of accessibility. In the Mac world, they have the idea that the app developer must conform to their standards, if the developer does conform exactly, then the program is usually accessible, if the developer does something unusual, then the program is not accessible at all. So, certain programs work well, but its a subset of what is available.
