Dear tony,

It maybe a little tricky, but the process is this. Firstly you must have
Bluetooth enabled on your pc. If your pc don't have Bluetooth don't worry
because you can buy a mini usb Bluetooth transmitter that can be plugged into
one of your usb ports.
Then you need to enable your mobiles Bluetooth, basically you must goto
settings, tools, Bluetooth, and select Bluetooth on.
Now you can goto your pc, open the windows explorer, locate the file, make
right mouse click on the file and select send to, then select Bluetooth.
Now suppose you should hear a short beep on your mobile and you need to accept
it. This last part you must be a little quick because otherwise the timing
expire.

Another way is to use the charging cable and connect your mobile with the pc
and then use the windows explorer to copy the music mp3 files into the music
folder on your phone.

Hope that helps.

I have and use a Mac, but its not the be-all and end-all of accessibility.
In the Mac world, they have the idea that the app developer must conform to
their standards, if the developer does conform exactly, then the program is
usually accessible, if the developer does something unusual, then the
program is not accessible at all. So, certain programs work well, but its a
subset of what is available.

I hope this clarify things a bit.
