Hi Ivan, If you are okay with reconfiguring your view settings after this step I am recommending, then, close Outlook, and, at the Run dialog, type:
Outlook /cleanviews And press Enter. Note the slash character in the above command line. Note that the hot key Ctrl-Shift-I will focus your default inbox. Also, note that in the newest versions of Outlook, Ctrl-Tab, not tab moves from the folder list to the selected mailbox message list.
