With some of these newer dialogs, the "Touch Cursor" in JAWS will reveal more information than JAWS KEY and B or even the JAWS cursor. This might be worth a try. Press SHIFT Numpad Plus and then use the arrow keys and press the NUMPAD Plus twice to get back to the PC cursor.
I would definitely be careful until you know for sure where this dialog is coming from.
