If you just upgraded , the upgrade may have turned down your volume. This
happened to me when I just upgraded to 1809 on one computer, no problem with
another computer I have.

Subject: alt-tab not speaking after upgrade to 1803
Hi. After upgrading to Windows 10 1803, WE is no longer speaking
alt-tab items. When I do alt-tab and hit tab again I get nothing.
Is anyone else seeing this and any hints as to fixing this problem?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
