Hi Lloyd,

In case your Serial to USB adaptor is a Sabrent Prolific, I have a utility
which will override Windows 10's behavior of installing a useless driver.
If so, let me know and I can put it in my public DropBox folder for you. Smile.

Hth,

Rod

I still use N1MM+, with Window-Eyes 9.5.4. Although it works with JAWS and
NVDA, it is a little more verbose in those programs. But I only make heavy
use of it on a Windows 7 laptop,
because Windows 10 refuses to use the USB-to-RS232 adapters I currently
have. I have it installed on the Windows 10 machine, however, so I should
run the latest updates and see what happens. I'm surprised that you have
this problem.
Before switching to the Windows 10 copy, I tried the Windows 7 copy just
now. There is no alt-space or alt-dash-space in the program at all. Before I
test this further, I would check to determine how many of its windows are
open in your Windows 10 copy. There are a lot of windows. They can be
independently positioned, and they may cover each other up if not positioned
properly. I have not been able to figure out how to make use of the
multiplier windows, for example. If you are using a DX cluster through a
telnet window, or have a digital window or two open, you could run out of
real estate easily. Hope this helps.
73 and good luck in the contests.

Subject: Loggin Program N1MM

Greetings,

Does anyone on this list use N1MM for Ham Radio contesting? I'm using
Windows 10 and for the life of me, I can not maximize the window for this
program. Any suggestions on what keyboard command to use? The main issue
is I need to be able to know if a station I am working is a duplication.
After many hours of operating and hundred of calls, duplications happen so,
it is best to be able to avoid them. Perhaps not a WE issue but a windows
10 matter. The old command of Alt, space and X does nothing. Thanks, Bob
Garrett
