Hello Drew. Before the merger with VFO, AI was going to have completely
rewritten braille support for Window-Eyes. They truly were before they were
bought out. Sadly, the only way to get around this is to redefine the hot
keys.

Subject: how to enter text from focus 14 braille display with window eyes

hi,
i am using freedom scientific focus 14 blue braille display with
window eyes latest, on windows 10. different from another screen
reader where the keystrokes for performing functions normally deals
with dot or dots plus spacebar, the window eyes keystroke is different
in braille, at least what i see here when using focus. for example,
the dot 5 will perform the tab key, dot 2 for shift tab, dot 1 for
mouse top left etc. so question is, how do i enter text using braille?
do i need to enable a certain mode or something? if yes what is it?
maybe the hotkey is undefine?
