Hi, I’m writing because I have a problem with WE and I’m hoping someone can help me fix it. I’ve had my current laptop for a year and more, and at the time I set it up I got a free trial of an Office 365 subscription, so I installed the Office version of WE. Unfortunately at the time the trial ended I couldn’t afford to actually purchase a subscription, so I uninstalled WE. The trouble I’ve run into now is that apparently that copy somehow didn’t get completely removed. Well now that I’ve paid off some expenses I’ve recently gotten an Office subscription and would like to go back to the Office version of WE, at least as long as I can continue to use it before it becomes unusable. Well when I try to run the installer, it asks me to remove my current installation, then when I say yes I get an unhandled exception error. So I’m wondering what if anything I can do to fix this problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
