Hi Tom, Can you please check the name of the app you say is not running? When I launch Word the only app with Word in its name is Word Navigation. Of course, you need to have the set file package for your specific version of Office installed. This is selected from the Factory Settings entry in the File menu in the WE control Panel. Then, you need to run the installer for the Office Enhanced app. After that, you need to run the installer for the Outlook Enhanced app. For all of the above steps, you can overwrite settings when you are warned about this if you have the most recent versions of the apps. Finally, you must reboot in order for all the components to be registered by Windows. It's a bit complicated, but, once done, all parts of Office work well enough with Window-Eyes.
