I realize that this isn't the appropriate forum for the following 
question (but it's where I was introduced to braille.wunderground.com), 
but is there a comprehensive weather site that is easy to navagate with 
a possibly outdated screen reader and Windows OS? Weather.gov is 
confusing (at best) and Wunderground has its issues as well.
