Hi Richard, I would say that you are probably in the search edit box, and you can just type what you want. The problem is that perhaps you just can't read it. If you're using Window-Eyes, this is normal. Keep in mind that this is a dynamic edit field, such that, the more you type, the more search results appear in the list. You can arrow up and down through the results. However, using Window-Eyes, each time you arrow up or down, you'll have to press the read focus hot key to read the current item, Ctrl-Shift-S. As I say, this is normal behavior.
