With Window-Eyes you need to use IE 11 or Chrome. Firefox is off the table for Window-Eyes 9.5.4, and probably will remain so.

using win 7 64 bit.  i downloaded a portable copy of most recent
firefox, did not want to get rid of my 52.e s r version in program
files. however, w/e always causes firefox to crash. has anyone found a
work around? i have NVDA and jaws, if there is no work around. .
