If you have the latest windows 10 build, and you didn't mess with the keyboard layout of narrator, you can press insert f7. That will give you a links list. Also in this dialog there is a scope combo box that will let you look for all sorts of stuff such as Buttons, headings text and others. Hope this helps, Darrell
