Okay. I got the announcements of suggestions in the address bar working.
Now they will only be spoken if an entire URL is entered. And they will
be silenced and spoken again if your typing changes the URL. So no more
chatter.
I also tweaked the read line hot key when you're in the address bar.
Previously it would work if there was an entire URL entered. But if you
were typing and a suggestion wasn't inserted and you wanted to read what
you had typed, it would ding. It did the same if the address bar was
blank. Now it will read what you typed and say "blank" if that's the case.
Hopefully this will make it much more helpful.
