Hi Anthony, To increase the voice volume, press Ctrl-CapsLock-Numpad-Plus. To decrease the voice volume, press Ctrl-CapsLock-Numpad-Minus To increase the voice rate, press CapsLock-equals on the top of the keyboard To decrease the voice rate, press CapsLock-hypen on the top of the keyboard
