Hi Donald, What operating system are you running?
I gave what is happening to your drop box a try and after 20 seconds nothing changed sorry to say. If you are running windows 100 then that I the answer. I did try with jws and nvda with similar results of drop box not working properly in my windows 7 machine. I haven't tested it yet in windows 10.
