Hello,

I sure hope this isn't an ominous sign. I purchased a new HP AMD-Based
Laptop last month. Due to a busy work schedule, I just got around to
installing Window-Eyes for Office on it this past Sunday. I am a subscriber
to Office 365 and only have but 2 other devices under the entire account.

I was able to install Window-Eyes for Office and it was working just fine.
Then it wouldn't recognize certain apps/particularly Outlook Enhanced. I
tried rebooting and when I did, Window-Eyes indicated a referral from a
server or similar message. I tried a few times, thinking perhaps WE
couldn't verify my account albeit that's typically a different scenario and
related message as WE goes into demo mode.

I tried uninstalling Window-Eyes and couldn't even run the executable.

Is it permissible to have more than one device running Window-Eyes for
Office connected at the same time?

Otherwise, I've noticed that the site:

www.windoweyesforoffice.com <http://www.windoweyesforoffice.com>

now directs one to the AI Squared site and obviously they're probably not
maintaining the download there.

If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate knowing about them.

I do have JAWS Professional through JAWS 2019 but there are still certain
applications where I find Window-Eyes is a more accessible Screen Reader.

Kind regards,

Amanda Lee
