Hi Curtis. Embarrassed to admit that the piece that I was missing was using the context key to open the html version. When I had a plain text message, I would tab to the next pane, and hear "text/html" and arrow down, thinking that the html had automagically opened up. Geesh. I've got it now, though. Thanks!
