Hi joseph, I am running window eyes on windows 10 2004. I am also using Microsoft 365 version of office with window eyes and the outlook enhanst app works perfectly. The important thing is to first install the correct package of the office set files and then install the office enhanced and Outlook enhanced apps. multiple reboots may be required as well as multiple re-installations of these apps, but, without exception, I am always able to get these apps working on windows 10.
