John, Thank you very much for pulling this together. I look forward to talking with you all tomorrow and seeing what work comes out of the activity at the random hacks event.

We will also discuss the use of the Naval Postgraduate School's computing facilities to bootstrap the revival of OAM. Please join us. We plan to go for 2-3 hours, but can keep the line open for discussions. Please send questions to me ([email protected]) or Don Brutzman ( [email protected]). Thanks. I have written a few use cases in the technical plan, but I would really appreciate it if people could contribute more, or at least more detail. Also, I'd appreciate it if anyone who has thoughts on the subject could contribute ideas here or on the wiki about data model specifics, i.e. what attributes are defined for layers, source images, maybe layer groups, etc. I hope to get folks to collaborate at Random Hacks of Kindness this Friday around developing a catalog server prototype as the first piece, so elaborating the data model between now and then would be really helpful. Thanks!
