If people have good ideas we should use them. The purpose of people
in charge is to generate progress; not to generate all the ideas..

Based on the response, I can see that I was probably off base. You're
all right, of course.
Let me withdraw my initial suggestion and make an alterate proposal:
Why
don't we stick with the voting results, and wait to add new members to
the PSC until we find the need for more and different kinds of
people on
board? Would anyone object to this?
