Hi Michael, I'm sure the other responses will have described sufficiently what is meant by a "pub_crawl", but it's also worth mentioning that they are purely subjective. There's no way to find out an objective route when out mapping - they aren't signed or anything - so I would say it's debatable whether they are worth worrying about. In fact, in this week's database there is precisely 1 way with a route=pub_crawl tag (there may be relations, admittedly, but still). I think it was originally intended simply as an illustration of the route tag, and if anything I would suggest you remove it from Map Features instead of translating it.
